what we’ve been up to

Cas and I have been having way too much fun teaching our Flour Children cooking classes. We find ourselves looking at each other mid class, saying “This is SO much fun.” I mean, the kids’ energy and willingness to try new things is enough to make us smile, let alone the absolutely delicious creations they have been coming up with. We’ve made hummus, pesto, granola, yogurt parfaits, spring rolls, cookies… We’ve taught about sprouting, herbs, grains, composting, gardening… Yeah. It’s always something new, always something fun.
